Brave HCG was founded in 2016 with the belief that there was a better way forward for human Resources & Recruitment. Too much time and energy was being placed on what is not possible, allowing red tape and bureaucracy to stifle people and organisations and prevent progress. Our team are positive and pragmatic and experience has shown them that there is always a way to achieve what works best for both profits and people.

So why Brave? In a workshop with work colleagues, people were encouraged to write down one word which summed up the individual. Our note said “Brave – Always does the right thing”. So Brave HCG was born and the rest is history.
